After we get the job description, our internal team of experts will review it and connect with you in order to answer any questions and to get an even better understanding of your exact needs.

We’ll introduce you to your candidates, and they’ll ramp up and start working as soon as you say go. As soon as you review and sign-off on our recommended candidates, they’ll be ready to integrate into your team—just like an in-house employee. While Sigma Logical talent usually work remotely, arrangements can be made to have them on-site.
